Terms & Conditions – Albany 4×4 Accessories

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases, installations, and services provided by Albany 4×4 Accessories (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. General

1.1. By purchasing products or services from Albany 4×4 Accessories, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1.2. These terms apply to all in-store, online, phone, and quoted transactions.

2. Australian Consumer Law

2.1. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

2.2. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

2.3. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

3. Quotes & Pricing

3.1. All quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise stated.

3.2. Prices may change due to supplier pricing, freight costs, or availability.

3.3. Quotes are based on the information provided at the time and may change if additional work is required.

3.4. Any additional work required will be discussed with the customer before proceeding where possible.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1. A deposit may be required before ordering parts or confirming a booking.

4.2. Deposits are non-refundable where parts have been ordered specifically for the customer or for change of mind.

4.3. Full payment is required prior to collection of the vehicle or goods unless otherwise agreed.

4.4. Title of goods remains with Albany 4×4 Accessories until full payment is received.

5. Bookings & Cancellations

5.1. Booking times are allocated specifically for your vehicle and job.

5.2. Failure to attend a booking or late cancellation may result in loss of deposit or additional charges.

5.3. Late arrival may require rescheduling of your booking.

6. Supply & Delays

6.1. We are not liable for delays caused by suppliers, freight companies, or events outside our control.

6.2. Estimated timeframes are a guide only and may change without notice.

7. Installation & Workshop Terms

7.1. Albany 4×4 Accessories provides installation services for aftermarket accessories.

7.2. While all care is taken, we are not responsible for pre-existing faults, wear and tear, or issues arising from the condition of the vehicle.

7.3. Vehicles modified with aftermarket accessories may experience changes in performance, handling, or compatibility.

7.4. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the vehicle is suitable for the intended use.

7.5. Where customers supply their own parts, we accept no responsibility for product quality, compatibility, or warranty.

8. Electrical & Accessory Systems

8.1. Electrical and electronic accessories may interact with vehicle systems.

8.2. We are not liable for issues arising from manufacturer limitations, software, or vehicle-specific compatibility.

9. Product Use & Off-Road Disclaimer

9.1. Products sold are intended for their designed use only.

9.2. Off-road driving and vehicle modification carry inherent risks.

9.3. We are not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from misuse, incorrect use, or extreme conditions.

10. Returns & Refunds

10.1. Returns are handled in accordance with our Returns Policy.

10.2. Change of mind returns are not accepted unless otherwise agreed.

10.3. This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. To the extent permitted by law, Albany 4×4 Accessories is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11.2. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights under Australian Consumer Law.

12.1. Information on our website is provided as a guide only and may change without notice.

12.2. We do not guarantee that website content is always accurate, complete, or up to date.

13. Privacy

14. Governing Law
