Do airbags increase my vehicle’s GVM?
No. Load-assist airbags do not increase legal payload or GVM. A GVM upgrade is a separate, vehicle-specific service for eligible vehicles.
Should I upgrade the suspension or fit airbags?
That depends on the vehicle, whether the load is constant or changing, what you tow and the handling issue you want to address. We assess those details before recommending suspension, airbags or a suitable combination.
Can airbags help when towing a caravan?
Correctly specified load-assist airbags can help support and level selected vehicles carrying changing tow-ball loads. They do not replace safe loading, correct weight distribution or legal weight limits.
